The Founders

Tymoteusz Bendyk Tymoteusz Bendyk is a professional sailor, coach, and engineer specializing in high-performance multihull sailing. He is a former member of the Polish Nacra 17 National Team and a multiple Polish National Champion in A-Class and F18, with podium finishes at A-Class World Championships. As a coach, class measurer, and technical committee member of the International A-Class Association, Tymoteusz combines elite racing experience with deep technical knowledge. His background in applied physics and hands-on engineering supports a precise, analytical approach to performance development. Tymoteusz brings direct elite-level sailing insight into Sail-IQ, ensuring the platform reflects real racing, coaching, and team training needs.

Wojciech Bendyk Wojtek Bendyk is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building and scaling technology-driven solutions in both startup and corporate environments. His career includes leadership roles at companies such as Intel, Vector, and IVONA Software — Text to Speech company acquired by Amazon — which contributed to the foundations of Amazon Polly and Alexa. Combining business strategy with hands-on technical experience in IoT and AI-based systems, Wojtek brings a practical, data-driven approach to product development. As an active amateur sailor, skier, and basketball player, he deeply understands the importance of performance analysis, teamwork, and continuous improvement — values that directly shape the Sail-IQ platform.

Is Sail-IQ free to use?

Yes. You can create a free account and explore the platform without a credit card. Paid plans unlock additional capabilities for more advanced training environments.

Who owns the data?

All uploaded and generated data remains under your control. Sail-IQ does not claim ownership of your training data.

Can multiple sailors be compared in one session?

Yes. Comparison between boats and sessions is a core design principle of the platform.

Do I need dedicated hardware?

No. Sail-IQ works with basic track data. We successfuly used Sail-IQ with data from Garmin watches, Sailmon, Vakaros, and custom telemetry devices.

Can clubs manage multiple teams?

Yes. The Club plan is designed for organisations managing multiple sailors, teams, and coaches.
